Strong by its independence, Rincent BTP created a security structure which is in favour for the development of a know-how.
With strong growth based on applied research and collaborators responsibility, Rincent BTP became a well-known actor in the laboratory, design and expertise fields.

At this stage of our development the company is structured on about 30 entities linked to Rincent BTP SCA by a technical assistance and the brand licence contract.
It is important to note that these entities are long-lasting and are developing continuously.
The rule to be used in the opening of an agency is to divide the capital in the following way:

• 40% Rincent BTP SCA
• 60% Local actor
  The management is run by the local representative.

Consolidated account results give the opportunity to each agency to participate in important contracts, using the polyvalence of the group.
The brand licence contract gives to agencies the exclusivity to use the know-how of Rincent BTP on the territory defined by the contract. This means that the agency can use the test equipment, lent by the mother company and replaced it after a defined period.

In these conditions the agency has a direct access to the know-how which makes it different from concurrence. Rincent BTP enables the autonomy and success of its personnel, which is directly interested by results of their management and choices.
The fee (5% of the net turnover) linked to the brand licence contract allows to pay:

• The implementation of the quality program
• Training
• The Research and Development
• Management of the group
• Communication
• The development of the group
